First Home Buyers: Including Buying Land & Building

Buying your first home is one of the most exciting purchases you will ever make. It is also one of the biggest, so it can be difficult to know where to start.

These focus sessions, hosted by Geelong Financial Group Mortgage and Lending Specialist David Lolait, all steps involved in purchasing your first property. David will also discuss the process of buying land and building. The complimentary evenings will also outline what your entitlements are and if you qualify for the First Home Buyers Grant, Stamp Duty Discounts and the steps involved in obtaining loan approval.
